Test of English for Aviation Personnel (TEAP)
         
Anglo-Continental’s Test of English for Aviation Personnel (TEAP) is accepted by a number of aviation authorities, including the UK Civil Aviation Authority. It is widely used to assess the language competence of pilots and air traffic controllers in line with the ICAO Language Proficiency Rating Scale. Visit to the House of Commons
                      
     
On Wednesday 3 March 2010, Anglo-Continental visited the House of Commons to meet with around 80 English language school representatives from across the UK and a number of MPs, including Robert Syms, Sir John Butterfill, David Lepper and Shadow Immigration Minister, Damian Green, to discuss the recent changes to the student visa system. The MPs who were present were very supportive and promised to continue to highlight the sector’s point of view in Parliament.

In January 2010, Anglo-Continental received a letter of congratulations from TOEFL commending the school and our staff for a year of successful test administration. Anglo-Continental now ranks amongst those with the highest test completion rates in the Education Testing Service (ETS) network.
Free English Lessons
     
Anglo-Continental is offering you the opportunity to attend free English lessons at the school on Thursday evenings (17.00 – 19.00 hours) until 10 June 2010. The lessons are taught by English teachers in training and attendance certificates can be awarded. Everyone is welcome and these lessons are a great opportunity to meet new people, to practise speaking in English and to learn new vocabulary.
