Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA)
Anglo-Continental has been selected by the Bournemouth local authority to participate in a pilot group which will explore the links between English language schools and a probable change in government legislation concerning the care of foreign students under the age of 16 years. The main purpose of the group will be to examine the levels of care experienced by students while in their Homestay accommodation. We are pleased to be involved in this important area and are fully committed to supporting the government as it strives to ensure that young visitors to the UK have the best possible experience during their brief stay. We will discuss this matter in more detail in future issues as the group develops.
