Jazz Band Entertainment at Anglo-Continental

A local jazz band played music in the Anglo-Continental Student Restaurant

Friday afternoon (15 June 2007).
Charity Presentation - The Red Cross
Anglo-Continental raised £ 440 for the Red Cross International Charity.
The cheque was presented in the Anglo-Continental Student Restaurant on 15 June 2007.

 English Lessons
Did you know that Anglo-Continental is also a teacher training centre?
We teach people to become English language teachers for the University of Cambridge’s CELTA qualification. If you are studying at Anglo-Continental between 14 May and 8 June 2007 you can attend, free of charge, English Language classes which are taught by the trainee English language teachers, in addition to their regular course of studies. There will also be extra lessons on Thursday evenings up to 21 June 2007.
Attendance certificates will be awarded to students.
Gardening Awards
In the past 4 years Anglo-Continental
has won 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Commended prize in the
Bournemouth in Bloom garden competition
(Language Schools Category). Thanks to Bill Peart,
our gardener, for all his hard work and dedication.
We very much
appreciate all of Bill's hard work, and congratulate

this achievement.
