Our Representatives are at London Heathrow Airport to assist our students on the Sunday
before each published entry date.
Security Procedure
You will never be asked by our representative/driver to make any
additional payments. Do not give your student
reference number to anyone. Our representative/driver will
quote your student reference number to you - please make
sure it is correct before accepting the transfer.
Do not accept
an airport transfer from anyone except our authorised
representative/driver who has quoted your student
reference number.

you can travel to and from Bournemouth for your

from London Heathrow Airport, London Gatwick

Anglo-Continental Coach Transfer
from London Heathrow Airport only every Sunday
from 1 June to 10 August 2008 to Bournemouth
and from 1 June to
24 August 2008 from
Bournemouth. Reservation and confirmation of
flight details required 10 days in advance. |

C
 |
Reception and Transfer by
Car
from London Heathrow, Gatwick, City, Stansted, Luton and
Southampton Airports.
Reservation and confirmation of flight
details required 10 days in advance.
Operates daily throughout the year. |

Additional Information for Transfers B and C only
Reservation
These transfers must be booked not less than 10 days
before the date of arrival, stating:
- name and address
- student reference number
- date of arrival
- time of arrival
- flight number
- airport of departure
- airport of arrival
- details of connecting flight if applicable
For Transfer A - Public Coach Transfer,
reservation is not possible.
Arrival at the
Airport
When you leave the Customs Hall on arrival at
the Airport, look for our Representative carrying a
sign with the name of the school and/or your own name.

If you do not see our Representative,
go to the INFORMATION desk and ask
the staff to call the Representative of the
school over the public address system. |

The staff at the INFORMATION desk, who speak
most languages, will normally be able to assist
you. If they are unable to contact our
Representative, telephone the appropriate
emergency telephone number. |

Luggage Identification
We advise you to place the school's labels on your
luggage for easy identification and for recognition by
our staff.
Luggage Allowance
If your luggage consists of more than one piece
(plus hand luggage) or is a non-standard shape or
size, it is important that you advise us in advance.
Please note that airlines apply different luggage restrictions (i.e. size, weight, contents and number of items). We advise you to check with the airline before your son/daughter travels.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation of a transfer must be
received by the school not less than 72 hours before
the scheduled meeting time (Saturdays and Sundays not
included). If such notice is not received at least 72
hours before the service is due to be provided, we
incur obligations to the transport companies.Cancellation charges are therefore payable as
follows: if notice is received 24 - 72 hours before
the service is due to be provided (not including
Saturday and Sunday), 25% of the charge becomes due.
If less than 24 hours' notice is received, the full
charge is due.
Liability and Insurance
We cannot accept responsibility for any delay in
scheduled services, or if any service cannot be
provided as specified, or for any
loss, damage or injury to students or their property
during travel. We advise you to take out personal
insurance to cover yourself against these risks.
Payment
Payment for transfers must be made before the date of provision
of the service or, failing this, on the day of arrival
at the school. Any additional charges not paid at the
time of reservation must also be paid on arrival at
the school.
Emergency Telephone Numbers
In the case of an emergency during
your transfer please contact the emergency telephone
number stated in your confirmation of enrolment letter.
Fuel Surcharge
If a transport company levies a surcharge because of
an increase in the price of fuel, the additional
cost will be charged to you.
