POSITION: PROJECTS SUPERVISOR / VISA COMPLIANCE OFFICER
We are inviting applicants to apply for the following permanent, full-time administrative post. We are looking for a PROJECTS SUPERVISOR / VISA COMPLIANCE OFFICER and duties will include dealing with the school’s visa compliance queries, including liaising with the Home Office, embassies and other educational institutions as well as providing visa guidance to the school’s staff and students. The role will also involve undertaking the compilation of press releases, minute taking, organising events, overseeing administratively the room hire of campus facilities, coordinating staffing, equipment and timetables for the school’s social activities programme and supervising the Student Services Department. The post is based in Bournemouth and involves working within an established team. We require candidates to have the ability to work independently in order to meet strict deadlines in a pressurised environment, excellent organisational and administrative skills and the capability to prepare minutes and summaries of meetings and negotiations. POSITION: MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR
We are inviting applicants to apply for the following permanent, full-time administrative post. We are looking for a MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR, who will liaise with our international students and agents from around the world. Duties will include responding to enquiries, general office administration, inputting of student enrolments, public relations work and ensuring that all students and agent records are kept up to date. Previous experience of working in an international office environment or marketing department, along with knowledge of a foreign language would be advantageous. The post is based in Bournemouth and involves working within an established multi-national team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic applicant with proven commercial acumen, strong communication and administrative skills and suitable candidates should be available to commence employment in October/November.

We are looking for CELTA/DELTA qualified teachers for the summer months July/August to work in our Executive Centre. We offer general and specialised English courses in mini groups (maximum 4 students) and on a one-to-one basis. The basic contract offered is for 20 lessons per week, however there may be opportunities to teach up to 40 lessons per week subject to student enrolments.
We also have opportunities for qualified teachers on our General English, Vacation and Young Learner Courses. None of these courses are residential so accommodation cannot be offered.

The successful applicant will be working as part of the Facilities team, responsible for cleaning the school’s premises to the highest standards at 29-35 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth BH2 6NA.
Proven experience is essential and an attractive rate of pay is offered. The hours are from 15.00 to 20.00 hours, Monday to Friday. Possible additional hours may be required during the summer months and for cover periods. Please note that each year we operate a holiday blackout period and the dates this year where holiday will not be permitted is from 19 June to 11 August.

Safeguarding (Child and Adult at Risk Protection Policy)
As part of our safeguarding policy, ALL potential candidates when being invited to participate in a face-to-face, telephone or skype interview are given the following information. All temporary staff will now be asked to pay for an Enhanced DBS check which Anglo-Continental will carry out. The current cost is £49.00 and this amount will be deducted from their first salary payment. This check is valid for three years. Anglo-Continental accepts students under the age of 18 years and the law classifies these young people as children. As a consequence, Anglo-Continental has implemented a number of safeguarding systems and procedures during the recruitment process.
